Rugged terrain & extreme weather makes coffee farming in Huehuetenango, Guatemala extremely difficult, yet that same weather helps produce some of the best tasting coffee in the world. Each farming family here uses their own micro mill to process the coffee before being packaged for export.

In the cup we are getting notes of red berries and hibiscus, balanced out with an earthy sweetness reminiscent of maple syrup. We highly recommend this coffee on espresso & filter.
