Jimmy Beans - Costa Rica Cordillera
An amazing Anaerobic offering from Jimmy Beans highlights this unique process that has only recently been starting to be experimented with. Anaerobic (without air/oxygen) means the coffee seeds (beans) are removed from the fruit, then placed in fermentation tanks with the pulp & sealed to provide a rich and unique end result. The process typically lasts between 18-22 hours.
