Metric - Ethiopia Wote Konga
The Wote Konga Washing Station Co-op nestles and churns away in Ethiopia's leading coffee producing region. In fact, Yirgacheffe is a region so prolific that it ranks amongst the highest yielding in all of Africa. Working with nearly 800 farmers, Wote Konga acts as a strong contributor to this rich force.
Pooling quality heirloom, Wote Konga weaves this delicious brew from the threads across Ethiopia's naturally endowed Southern soil. This particular medley arrived at the co-op from farmers growing between 1,800 and 2,200 masl. And upon delivery, the wet mill cooperative systematically and fully washed the lot producing a coffee with remarkable clarity.
