Jairo produces a micro-lot of Red Caturra and is somewhat new to coffee but not to agriculture. He also produces celery, broccoli, potatoes and carrots.
Jairo set as goals for himself building a new micromill, improved roads on his small farm, and planting more coffee and vegetables. He says that his coffee is unique because he maintains full trace-ability of each variety, making him a perfect match to work with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers.
