Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide high quality service and we put our utmost effort to provide accurate and prompt fulfillment. Please take a moment to review this policy in case you’re unsure about our mailing options and want to know what to expect regarding delivery and receipt of your order. Effective March 24, 2020 and until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is suspended for all U.S. origin shipments (U.S. Domestic and International) at any service level. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations while continuing to meet the service levels you have come to expect. Carriers and Options

Our typical shipping providers are Local Currier (Chicagoland), USPS, and UPS. Standard delivery is included in our pricing. If you would like expedited shipping costs, you will have the opportunity to pay for your preferred service at checkout. In general, shipping carrier timing estimates are our best effort and not guaranteed.


United States:

First Class Mail (1-6 Days Estimated Transit Time), Priority Mail (2-3 Days Estimated Transit Time)

Outside of the United States including Canada:

First Class Mail International (1-8 Weeks Estimated Transit Time), Priority Mail International (6-10 Days Estimated Transit Time)


United States

UPS Ground (Typically in 1 – 5 days, not guaranteed)

UPS 3 Day (Delivery end of the third business day after fulfillment. 48 contiguous states)

UPS Second Day (Delivery before the end of the second business day after fulfillment. AK and HI may require more transit time)

UPS Next Day (Delivery end of the next business day after fulfillment)

Outside of the United States including Canada:


Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise

Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 7 business days after delivery. We will do our best to make it right.


Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process with the respective shipping provider &/or Manufacturer.


Please note that we occasionally ship orders in multiple packages. If items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.


If any item is not working properly, please contact immediately so that we can help you troubleshoot to determine the issue and/or send a replacement.


If your shipping and billing information do not match, and your order is over $100, the order will be flagged for further review due to concern of fraud. Unfortunately this may lead to a delay and prevent fulfillment of your order in the time frame indicated above. This is for our collective benefit.
